HOW IT WORKS

Nothing hidden in the formula.

The common start is the latest available-from date; the common end is the earliest available-through date. Latest departure = common end minus your desired nights. Date arithmetic uses calendar days, not elapsed flight hours.

A couple of useful answers.

Can I enter several separate date ranges per person?

Not in this version. Use one continuous window per person, or run the tool again for another set of windows.

Is a shared window a booking confirmation?

No. It only compares entered dates. Leave, transport and accommodation availability must be confirmed separately.
