Stay Price Decoder uses your prices, flat fees and selected tax base. It does not confirm a property’s total, local tax law, exchange rates, payment obligations or refund policy.
Date, pace and allocation assumptions
Shared date windows do not confirm leave or bookings. Day Rhythm Builder checks a time budget, not route feasibility. City Nights Allocator reflects entered priorities, not a recommendation about the quality of a place.
Clock assumptions
Origin UTC offsets and elapsed journey times must be verified independently. Arrival zone results rely on the browser’s time-zone database, which can be outdated or incomplete. The tool does not monitor schedule changes.
